What happens if the internet goes down?
The till keeps selling. Sales, stock and payments save on the device and upload automatically when the connection returns.
Can I move from my current POS?
Yes. Export your products from your old system to CSV/Excel and import them in Pynux, opening stock included. We help you with it during setup.
Do you support multiple shops?
Yes. Business supports up to 3 outlets plus a warehouse with transfers between them; Enterprise is unlimited.
What hardware do I need?
Any tablet, laptop or PC with a browser. USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners work out of the box. 80 mm and 58 mm receipt printers print from the browser; add the free Pynux Print Agent on the counter PC for one-tap receipts and the cash drawer.
Is it GST compliant?
Receipts and tax invoices show GST and the customer's TIN, discounts are taxed correctly, and the MIRA GST report summarises your taxable and zero-rated sales for the return.
Where is my data stored?
In Pynux's secure cloud (Mumbai region), encrypted at rest, with each business's data kept strictly separate. Every till also keeps a full copy, and you can export everything to Excel at any time. It's your data.
